- I’m happy to provide a small amount of CSS or JavaScript code to help with minor visual adjustments. However, extensive customizations and complex modifications are beyond the scope of my support services.

Hosting, Server, or Software Conflicts
- I cannot provide support for issues originating from your hosting provider, server configuration, WordPress installation, or other third-party software conflicts. Please contact your hosting provider or relevant third-party support team for assistance with these issues.

Privacy and Security Constraints
- For security reasons, I am unable to provide IP addresses or edit my host file to access your installation. Please ensure that access to your site is granted in a way that doesn’t require modifications on my end.

- I am unable to schedule real-time support sessions or use screen-sharing applications. All support inquiries will be addressed through the established support system.

- I strive to provide helpful and effective support; however, I cannot guarantee outcomes or be held responsible for any issues that arise from support interactions.
Support Hours and Response Times
I monitor the support system regularly and aim to provide prompt responses. Please note the following support schedule:
- Support Hours: Monday – Friday, with responses generally provided within 24 hours.
- Weekend Support: Limited support on weekends, with response times up to 48 hours on Saturday and Sunday.
- Holidays: Please allow additional time for responses during holidays, as availability may vary.
